PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION PROJECT

 

In order to develop gas fields, NIOC identified an exploratory target in Kopeh Dagh region in the northeast of Iran. We mobilized a team of our managements to develop a project management system and control the project and following services: 

 

  • Performed financial proposals, cost estimating and time management and project coordination. Achieved project objectives by measuring project risks, project performance, quality management plan and project scope changes, contributing information to strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans; and resolving problems.

  • Accomplished human resource objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees.

  • Achieved project objectives by Coordinating activities and functions to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Met financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

  • Managed and controlled the project by completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF OIL PRODUCTION FACILITY DEVELOPEMENT PROJECTS /BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA

 

In 2013 another great experience for our team started by Scheduling and Cost Controlling for Oil and Gas production facilities in Bakersfield for CHEVRON.

Chevron Corporation is an American multinational energy corporation. One of the successor companies of Standard Oil, it is headquartered in San Ramon, California, and active in more than 180 countries.

Our services was including: 

 

  • Determined appropriate costs and schedules for projects and communicated recommendations to management and the customer

  • Estimated labor, equipment and tools needed and achieved resource leveling

  • Developed project cost and work package specification

  • Performed financial proposals, cost estimating and reporting, invoices, time management and project coordination

  • Alerted management and prepared recovery schedule to prevent any delay

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS FOR LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

 

In 2012 we signed a joint contract with Troys Ornamental to perform school building construction projects for and to develop project management system for school buildings general contractors. We performed following services:

 

  • Developed and implemented the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure that data are converted correctly from the original estimate to the Project schedules 

  • Developed totally integrated EPC schedules including planning and execution; and maintains Management, Project and control level schedules

  • Identified schedule deviations, analyzes variances in schedule performance against the plan, and communicates the reasons for the  issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management 

  • Developed and implemented Critical Path Analysis, Risk analysis and Cost Analysis. 

  • Developed scheduling procedures and execution plan

  • Provided weekly project schedule review reports and presentations 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDING /LOS ANGELES COUNTY

 

In 2011, signed a contract with Pacific Millennium Inc. to manage their large construction projects in Los Angeles county.

We mobilized a team of our experts including project managers, project schedulers and cost controllers to develop and perform a very high performance project management system including below actions:

  • Defined the scope of the project and the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project and created a detailed work plan.

  • Identified, managed and measured project risks, project performance, quality management plan, project scope changes

  • Executed the project according to the project plan

  • Established a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization

  • Reviewed the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it would meet the project standards

  • Managed all project funds and expenditures according to established accounting policies and procedures

  • Managed project staff, activities and functions to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Evaluated the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
